Shipping & Delivery
We offer $9.90 flat rate standard shipping Australia Wide for orders under $100, this means however many items you purchase you only pay once per order.
If your order is over $100 we offer FREE Shipping Australia Wide.
We also offer FREE Shipping on all Jewellery Orders and selected fashion accesssories and small gift items, which will be advertised as FREE Shipping.
We ship items either by Australia Post eParcel, parcel post or through a network of Australia Wide courier companies. All standard orders(non personalised orders) will generally ship within two business days of payment being cleared through our checkout. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

Personalised orders will ship within the specified time period, generally four weeks, unless specified seperately. The four week period includes an allowance for shipping, so you should receive your item within the four week period. We cannot, however, guarantee delivery on time as we are must rely on Australia Post, but we will do our very best to ensure delivery within the time frame.

Occasionally we will be out of stock of an item when the website is still listing it as available to purchase. This is due to logistical limitations of our system and that we operate three retail stores where items are also being sold. If the item is presently unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible with a delivery timeframe and offer you a full refund if this is not acceptable to you. If the item is in transit to us within the next few days we may hold the order and then ship the item by Express Post at no extra charge to the customer to fulfill our 7 business day maximum delivery time listed above.

For international orders our shipping rates will not be applicable as we cannot deliver internationally using this pricing structure. Therefore all orders that require delivery outside of Australia will be subject to a shipping surcharge. Unfortunately we are unable at this time to provide accurate international postage fees on our check out page. In these cases we will be in touch within two business days with a quote for any additional charges plus a timeframe for delivery. At this point the customer will have the choice of paying a further postage amount or receiving a full refund for any monies paid.

Privacy & Security
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell, rent/lease or loan your personal information to any third party and all information is kept in a secure environment. We use GeoTrust QuickSSL Premium to secure and encrypt our checkout pages so your personal information is always secure.
To further ensure your security and privacy we use PayPal payment gateways which provide off site secure payment processing so we do not have access to your credit card details further ensuring your privacy. This also means that we do not store any of your credit card information as we do not have access to it. So you can shop securely with us using the high end online security provided by PayPal because we want you to feel safe shopping with us.

Returns & Replacements
At Phantasy Home+Gift and Silver Phantasy you can shop with confidence and security knowing that we have over ten years of retailing experience.
With proof of purchase, we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund on all merchandise, if faulty, within a reasonable time frame. If an item arrives faulty or damaged we will generally require proof of damage, such as an emailed photo, and then we will generally organize for the item to be returned to us free of charge or ask the item to be disposed of and a replacemnt sent out ASAP.
Our returns policy complies with the Australian Trade Practices Act.
If you have simply changed your mind, Phantasy Home+Gift and Silver Phantasy will offer you an exchange for a product of equal value, given that the product is in original condition and is returned within 14 days from purchase date by registered post or similar at the customer's expense.
Unfortunately due to health regulations earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned, unless faulty.

90 Day Replacement Guarantee: We are happy to offer a 90 Day replacement warranty on all jewellery sales should you have any problems with your purchase. Even outside of this timeframe please let us know if you have any problems as we always do our best to repair or replace damaged items. 

Ordering
Occasionally a product may be listed as available on our site when it is in fact out of stock. In these instances Silver Phantasy will contact you within 48 hours offering a full refund or a delivery time frame estimate for the back-ordered item. Once an order is placed with us and payment has been made it is final and is at our discretion to offer a transaction to be cancelled.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices listed at Phantasy Home+Gift and Silver Phantasy are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Currency conversion when required is carried out by our payment gateway providers at their current rates. All of our pricing on this site is final.
